I’m Sonny Vong. My work started from online business, freelance translation, Amazon Merch, Print-on-Demand, and customer support. It later expanded into export support, factory visits, sourcing, and Vietnam-side representative work.
My story
My journey started from online business, MMO, game items, affiliate websites, Fiverr translation, and small digital services. At that time, I learned by doing, testing, failing, fixing, and communicating directly with real customers.
Over time, I moved deeper into Amazon Merch, Etsy, Print-on-Demand, seller support, operating workflows, Amazon Ads, policy-aware thinking, and practical customer communication. This became the area where I built the most hands-on experience.
Since 2024, I have expanded into export support, sourcing, factory visits, product checking, and Vietnam-side representative work for overseas customers. This helped me understand that business trust is not only online — it also comes from real meetings, real products, and real responsibility.
