Experience documentary

How each stage changed the way I work.

This is not another list of services. It is the story behind the experience: what happened, what I learned, and what became different after every stage.

Stage 01

Started with MMO

My first experience with online business came from game items, affiliate websites, small digital services, and self-learning.

What happened

This period taught me how online users behave, how digital transactions work, and why trust matters when people buy something without meeting face to face.

What changed

I stopped seeing the internet only as entertainment and began understanding it as a real business environment.

Stage 02

Fiverr Translation

I built my first structured freelance path through translation work and became a Fiverr Level One Seller.

What happened

Working with international customers taught me how to receive instructions, clarify expectations, deliver on time, handle revisions, and communicate through language differences.

What changed

I learned that good communication is not about complicated English. It is about making sure both sides understand the same thing.

Stage 03

Amazon Merch, Etsy & Print-on-Demand

I moved deeper into Amazon Merch, Etsy, Teespring, Print-on-Demand, seller support, account workflows, and platform policy.

What happened

This became one of the most important stages of my work. I learned how sellers research products, upload designs, manage accounts, respond to rejections, and protect long-term stability.

What changed

I developed a policy-safe mindset and began helping other sellers avoid mistakes instead of only solving problems after they happened.

Stage 04

Business Development

I worked more closely with international clients, customer relationships, sales communication, and corporate working processes.

What happened

This experience gave me a more structured view of business communication. I learned to document conversations, follow responsibilities, manage expectations, and communicate professionally.

What changed

I began looking beyond individual tasks and started thinking about the complete customer relationship.

Stage 05

Full-time Amazon Business

Amazon Merch became a full-time focus involving workshops, seller support, Amazon Ads, consulting, and business systems.

What happened

I was no longer only experimenting with online business. I was helping real sellers understand accounts, advertising, product workflows, policy issues, and practical next steps.

What changed

My experience became more systematic, repeatable, and focused on solving real seller problems.

Stage 06

Upwork Top Rated

I built another international freelance profile and earned Upwork Top Rated status through real client work.

What happened

Upwork added experience in proposals, project scope, professional delivery, long-term cooperation, and maintaining quality across different types of customers.

What changed

I became more selective about projects and more careful about defining scope, responsibility, and expected results.

Stage 07

Export & Factory Representative

My work expanded from online support into sourcing, factory visits, product checking, inspection, and Vietnam-side representation.

What happened

Overseas customers sometimes need someone local who can visit a supplier, verify information, take photos, explain the situation, and communicate clearly with both sides.

What changed

I learned how online trust must connect with real-world observation, responsibility, and local communication.

Stage 08

Shopify & AI Workflow

I am currently building Shopify systems, AI-assisted workflows, automation, and practical productivity tools.

What happened

This is an active learning and building stage. I am using AI and automation to improve research, communication, organization, content preparation, and repeated business tasks.

What changed

The goal is not to use AI because it is popular. The goal is to turn useful tools into practical systems that save time and reduce mistakes.

The journey continues

Experience matters most when it produces useful action.
